All deliveries and services shall exclusively be based on the following conditions. We are not obligated to any deviating terms and conditions of the contractual partner; we hereby explicitly object to any such terms.
Our offers are always non-binding. Incoming orders are binding even without our written confirmation; for justified reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the order up until the order is fulfilled.
Deliveries are made always at the expense and risk of the customer. The type of shipping and packaging is chosen based on our due discretion. The costs for shipping, packaging and any transport insurance will be charged to the customer.
The specified delivery time is always approximate and non-binding. Partial deliveries are permitted. If our delivery is delayed, the customer must grant us a reasonable grace period of at least 4 weeks. Delivery times will also be extended by the amount of time a customer is in arrears, including for other orders. Events of force majeure or labour disputes that arise on our end or with any of our suppliers may delay the delivery time and entitle us to withdraw from the contract. There can be no claims to compensation for failure to comply with delivery times.
If the complaint is made in time and we acknowledge it, then we are entitled to repair the item or to provide a replacement. Straps that have already been attached or worn are explicitly excluded. The customer is not entitled to change the order, request a price reduction or request compensation. The delivery company must confirm any damaged packaging that results in complaints.
A special tanning process is used that reflects the leather’s natural growth. Any minor, visible flaws in the skin (scars, insect bites, calluses) demonstrate that the leather is genuine and do not diminish the quality. Colour deviations or shading are a characteristic of a natural product and do not constitute flaws. No guarantee is made for colourfastness, light-fastness or water resistance. Watchstraps are subject to wear and tear. As the service life of a strap depends on individual use, we can make no guarantee that the strap will last for a specific period of time.
5. Retention of ownership
The item we deliver remains our property until all of our claims against the customer, including future claims (i.e., from checks and bills of exchange), have been settled in full. The customer must immediately inform us in writing in the event of the seizure of goods or any other interventions by third parties.
6. Terms of payment
Our invoices are to be paid immediately, as far as no written arrangement are met.
7. Right of retention/Offsetting
The assertion of any right of retention or any offsetting of counter claims on the part of the customer is only permitted if we raise no objection or if this has been determined by law.
8. Place of fulfilment/Place of jurisdiction/Law
The place of fulfilment and the place of jurisdiction is Weil am Rhein. The relations between us and the customer are governed exclusively by German law.
